Nadia Di Meo, aged 29, started with Project Partners Europe over 18 months ago with no recruitment experience.

Where I was

I started as a graduate at a media sales company 7 years ago where I worked for a top end Consumer magazine, heading up the European advertising division. After 4 years of working in the Swiss, French and Italian markets I felt it was time to do something different.

Recruitment and headhunting had always appealed to me and after discussing it with contacts working in the industry, it was apparent that it was for me. It was then or never.

When I met with Project Partners, it was clear that it wasn't so much that I as tired of media sales but tired of not being inspired. I was offered the unique opportunity to start up the Europe team – and once again became excited about my career and realised that there was so much more!.

Where I am now

After a six month period of heavy learning and long hours, billings started to happen and I became the third biggest biller. I recruited the first member of the team almost immediately and from there, we delivered over £550k in the first year and established over 10 key accounts across Europe.

Project Partners is an incredible company - they have such belief in their people and offer full support and backing which allows you to fast track your career. The more time I spend here, the more I want to achieve. I can definitely say through training, guidance and mentoring with my own personal coach I am a totally different person. Nothing is impossible - I have a mapped out goal and have been given complete autonomy to grow my business!
